Maisonnettes Mimosa and Camélia

The original horse-stables were built in a U-form and after renovation and modernization transformed into 3 separate living quarters: the main house “Duchesse” and 2 maisonnettes ‘Mimosa’ and ‘Camélia’ in the west wing of the building. Around the building is a spacious garden with lawns, trees and shrubs.

The maisonnettes Mimosa and Camélia are 2 charming, nicely furnished and decorated apartments and can be rented by holidaymakers during the season from mid-march until the end of october. Both are rated 3 stars by the tourist board of Mimizan.

They consist of 2 bedrooms, a spacious integrated living room with kitchen, a shower room with toilet for a surface of 60 m2, each in a different style and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Each apartment is provided with a fridge and freezer, a micro-wave, an electric oven, ceramic or induction cooking plates, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a coffee machine. breadgrill, cooker. fruitpress etc. and more than sufficient table- and glassware. Equipped with WiFi, an audio set and TV with satellite reception. Duvet and pillows on the beds. Sheets and towels can be rented.

In the spacious garden in front of the apartments a terrace with garden furniture and umbrella and a stone barbecue. All rooms have electric heating. Pets are welcome.

• CAMÉLIA is decorated in a rather classical style in predominantly red colors and is favored by couples of 2 people, often accompanied by their pets. One bedroom has a queen-size bed for 2 persons, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 bunkbeds.

  Camélia has a large front garden with terrace overlooking the Mimizan Golfcourse right across the street. It is a spot that offers confort, peace and cooling after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. With its view from the terrace plain west, you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets, the perfect setting to have a chilled beer, a glass of wine or a mid-summer cocktail and make a barbecue.

• The garden is surrounded by a fence, the entry to both ‘maisonettes’ is in common through a gate on the roadside. Both houses have their private entry, the garden and terrace are partially separated for more privacy.

• MIMOSA, the other one of the two ‘maisonettes’ is decorated in a more modern style in fresh green, yellow colors and is more favored by families with children also often accompanied by their pets. It has a main bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds.

• Like Camélia it also has a terrace overlooking the Golf de Mimizan golfcourse and a similar view on the surrounding area.

  rental periods range from 4 nights in the before and after season, to minimum 1 week in the high season.
